Hard Equity Financing called ever day when I showed interest.  As soon as I sent in $1400 underwriting fee and $900 expedite fee.  I never heard from David again.  I have called numerous times and sent emails asking to get a call back.  They denied the loan with some BS as I have learned they have done to numerous other people.  They say that your money will be refunded but have not received a refund yet.  I can not get in contact with anybody and not sure they are even a real company.   Very disappointed.
