VIATEK CONSUMER PRODUCTS GROUP INC "In-Stock" items not shipped - glacial velocity customer service Orlando, Florida

Their website looked nice.  I ordered 2 LED Bug Zappers which were in stock according to their website.  I did not received the promised email receipt, but rather an email saying that my order had been successfully processed (what does that mean?).  Then nothing happened.  After several weeks of waiting for the items & not receiving them I went on their website and used their on-site "email" to ask them about my order.  There was a warning that it might take up to 48 hours for an "associate" to respond to my email.  Some days later I did get an email saying that their system was "done" (sic) (meaning down I suppose) "since that week until yesterday"... and they can either keep the order pending & ship when the items come in or cancel the order and repay in full.  So I replied to cancel the order.  Then nothing happens.  A week later I again reply to their email telling them to cancel the order.  Nothing happens.  Eventually I get another email which is the same as the 1st email, again I reply to cancel the order.  The charge appears on my credit card statement.  I call their service phone number and leave a message.  Nothing happens.  Finally I dispute the charge with my credit card company.  Based on my experience with this company I would not order anything from them again.  They don't ship, they charge, their customer service is the worst.  Their website looks good though.  Caveat Emptor!  These people have been frustrating to try to deal with.  Who needs this kind of frustration?
