Harkness Papers Ian Harkness; Harkness ink and toner cartridges stole, lied, betrayed, theft, Internet

Recommended by a friend, I asked Ian to price me on Ink Cartridges for my Brother Multi-Printer. I needed all four colors, he bought them for me and I paid him by check. My printer did not accept the cartridges and Ian called the manufacture who told him to tell me to do certain things with my printer to make it work. I did what they said and still it did not work. Ian did not return my calls for a couple of weeks, all the time I couldn't print color and the lights and messages on the machine were driving me nuts. After talking to Ian again he informed me that he would come by and collect the cartridges send them back to the company and then if no ink had been proved to be used I would get my money back, or I could try some different makes. I did not hear from Ian for many weeks and he would not return phone calls, I called from a different number and got him on the phone, he said the company had moved and things were now getting back to normal and he would chase them for me. That was back in September 2011, I have sent certified mail to the address I found on line for him, all have been returned. I have never received anything from him. He never paid me back. He is a crook, a liar and should not be trusted. I am now looking to go to civil court.
