Harlem Furniture(0%interest for 6 months/$200 fabric protection they dont back up!

2 years ago we were talked into getting fabric protection,the sales person stated that it was agreat program because our kids were small and accidents happen and Harlem furnitue protects the fabric and if we could not get a stain out they woould come out and clean for the life of sofa(sounds Great!)

well when e called about 9months later a cleaner was sent out and wanted to charge me $110.00 to clean ,I was told lady this is not a stain its everyday soil we dont cover that,He then felt guilty because He knows i was ripped off,

he tried to clean 2 spots only to damage the Sofa 2 holes(the size of cigerete burn) The protector weakend the Fabric and if you spill it starts eating away,

Say no to this costly Fabric Protection,They will say anything to make a sale and then say what does the contract say (This was never given to us untill we called about the cleaning service)

0% fo 6 months no one ever explains to you that after the 6 months if your bill is not paid off all that interest will be tacked on $210.00 and the a*s.manager took care of us failed to also tell us if we waited another day we could have 0% for a YEAR

When I asked why he didnt tell us he said "I did not know sorry") Right Never again will I shop ther we spent over $5,000 and never again,
