After delivering only a partial order(the non essentials of a bed room set)more than a week late from the delivery date(keep in mind,in the fine print later,they dont consider a verbal date a promised date).They said it would take another 2 weeks approximate for the rest of the order.Keep in mind that the parts deivered werent even of the same shade or pattern,after much much run around with the so-call customer service,the remainder was shipped back and canceled.Now the fun begins,the want over 200 dollars restock charge.Fat chance you think for trash furniture that doesnt even match.The service charge and interest start adding up and now these savages are holding her credit report hostage.after months of being steered around and getting in touch with the BetterBusiness Beaureau(if you want to call them that,their basic reply was that pledge of alligence of every dirty business in this country "Crevat Emtor" Let the buyer beware.Totally useless.She ,in the mean time picked up an excellent set with excellent custumer service from Pennys.In this modern age of the custumer is King,we forget to look carefully at all the shoddy businesses out there waitng for their opportunity to get your guard down and they stealpapers and pens,not guns and knives but never the less both equal. Thank You for your time and consideration in this matter Oh and by the way,they got well over 600 dollars for no furniture and bad custumer service a very expensive lesson,over two weeks pay for nothing.
