Harmony Windows ripoff dishonest kept promising delivery until closing and running off Henderson Nevada

I was alarmed that I had not heard from Harmony Windows LLC since the middle of April 2006. The shutters had been measured, ordered, and paid for since Feb.2.

Without repeating the Ripoff report of Kristine in Las Vegas, dated 4/18/2006, I can assure you I had the identical experience. I was given the same "story" she got about an issue at the plant because of Hurricane Katrina!

My case is all the more remarkable because in September, 2005, I had ordered an entire house of shutters after reviewing with my family the quality, etc. with Andrew (the sales rep/installer previously alluded to). They arrived, were installed to our satisfaction, and the business completed. The two window shutters I currently have on order (and lost) were for an added room to our property.

In other words, we had not heard, nor did we investigate the possibility that this company was defrauding customers until the new order was placed. I simply proceeded, as "Kristine" did, to call time and again when I did not get a response.

I am guessing, but I assume all of this company's problems occurred or came to a head about the middle of February.

My first act was to call the Better Business Bureau here. They referred me to the County Licensing Office. I have two calls in to that office and they have not responded. As a citizen I need to know whom to contact and only through my daughter accessing "Rip-Off Report" did I "get the picture."
