Harold Timothy Doersam, Jr. - Tim, Jr. DEADBEAT DAD owes more than $10,000 in back child support and the amount continues to accrue Sanford Florida

We are the parents of a nine year old son. Over the past nine years I have repeatedly tried to maintain a positive relationship with my ex, for the sake of our son. I have only enabled him to continue to be irresponsible and immature. Previously, I paid a personal attorney to amend our original Child Support Order and Visitation Rights....generously giving a blanket forgiveness for the past due balance. I had the arreages erased and the balance brought back to $0.00.

Then remarkably, he got in the hole again---to the tune of several thousand dollars!!! With an Income Deduction Order in hand, I am still unable to collect! Each time he begins a new job and I find out, he quits! Even through his lack of support, I have NEVER denied him access to his son. I have even driven across the state to deliver my son for multiple visitations.

I am saddened that his son is neglected by him. He recently remarried and has charge over three step-children. Why should his own be second to any of these? I implore the help of anyone who can aid in the recovery of funds due...or at least prohibit him from providing to other children what he fails to give his own.
