Mr. Harrelson


I have to warn you about who you have representing your name. Charles (i dont know his last name) a sales person at your Nissan of Rock Hill store brings shame to your company and name.

My boyfriend and I went to Nissan of Rock Hill this past weekend to purchase a new 08 nissan ultima.


Charles was there to get our business at the door.


While on the test drive when my boyfriend told Charles that he wanted to think the deal over and go to lunch with me to discuss the big purchase we were willing to make at your store.

Charles became enraged! He started screaming in the car with my boyfirend and I in the front.

He screamed "TAKE THIS CAR BACK TO THE d**n DEALERSHIP THE DEAL IS OFF THE TABLE"

He then stated "MY BOSS SAID YOU WOULD DO THIS" YOU MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A FOOL"


I was terrified and could hardly contain my tears on the terrifying ride back to the dealership.


When we arrived back Charles SCREAMED once again across the main floor of the dealership to his manager I think he was the manager butI still dont know for sure (since he was wearing a NFL jersey and jeans) Charles screamed to him "YO TALK TO THEM IM OUT OF THE EQUATION" and stormed off



My boyfriend told the "manager" what had happened in the test drive and the manager of YOUR store in rock hill refused to give my boyfriend his keys back.

I had to walk out of the store in fear of what the men who work for you might say to me or do. I was afraid for my safety and for my boyfriends safety.



My boyfriend was able to get his keys from your store manager after finally the manager gave them back after teasing my boyfriend and saying "I CALL YOUR BLUFF" repeatedly.



Mr. Harrelson,


your name and reputation has been slaughtered in my opinion and I have told everyone I come into contact with about my experience at your ROCK HILL store and will continue to do so from this day foward. You have thugs ruining your reputation.

I fear for anyones safety who enters that store and decides to tell Charles they want to think over a major purchase such as a car.


This was and is still an outrage, I can only hope this doesent go without somthing being done.


I am in fear as Charles had a copy of my boyfirends license with all his information on it and as unstable as he was that day God only knows what he may be capable of.

I sent this letter to Harrelson Ford on South Blvd. in Charlotte NC in hopes the email would get to you and your employees response to it was

"Sorry but Mr. Harrelson does not get emails!
Sorry you had a bad experience please contact the Nissan of Rock Hill General Manager"

I think if you told your employees to give you all the emails you get on complaints (mostly I found this particular dealer on my search) you would be outraged!

Wallace is the last name of your enraged employee..... we had the issue of not getting our keys back either...... Unfortunely we fell for their sceme and got sucked into this car I hate to look at everyday.....
I told Mr wallace that I would tell everyone that asked about my car that I would tell them to never step foot in Harrelson.... and he said He didnt care..... well since then I have told over 100 people, and sent them to Modern Nissan. And will continue to do so until Mr Harrelson or someone at that dealership does soething about my case ( which will never happen since it has been 2 years already)
