Harriet Carter Gifts - Mighty Mendit kept sending product. I refused all but one. Now they demand payment from Harriet Carter(?) Montgomeryville Pennsylvania

I bought Mighty Mendit from a As Seen on TV site, but after I submitted my order the page just sat there so I assumed they had not gotten the order and I tried again. Same story. Next I checked my email for a 'thank you for your order emai'l and they had not sent one like most companies do.

So, I went back and filled in the form and tried to order again. To be honest, I cannot remember if anything happened. But, I did send numerous emails asking not to be sent more than one order.

Their site appears to be purposely inert so people will keep hitting the order button. I did eventually get a notice that the product was shipped, and all three were billed to my card. I wrote lots of emails, as there was no phone #. No response ever.

All three showed up on my credit card and i successfully got the dispute to be in my favor. Then I began getting calls from an agency saying I had to pay. I told them that I physically handed them to my post person marked ' refused.' I now hang up on them.

I got three pages from Harriet Carter--NOT the on the Mighty Mendit site. They demand payment of 66.82 but never once tell me what I ordered!! I only figured it out by the price since it had been disputed. They are angry that my credit card co. will not allow them to put the amount due on my bill.

I do not know where to go at this point or what to do. I wrote something out on their billing paper telling them the story and then said they were falsely billing me and that is called Fraud.
