Harris Band - Harrisautoloan.com charges fee to pay loans online Manistee, Michigan

I purchased a vehicle at Traverse Motors in Traverse City, Mi.  During the finance part, the fianance officer said that Harris Bank could beat my credit union by a small percentage.  I decided to go with Harris.  There is nothing unusual about any of this, but I decided to add them to my list of accounts that I pay online so as to avoid paper and stamps, etc.  When I went to make my first payment and ready to click "ok" I noticed a $10.00 fee to make the transaction.  I immediately cancelled my payment and called customer service to complain about the charge.  They stated that they would wave the charge for this month, but that I would have to pay by snail mail, or automatic payment from my checking account in the future if I wanted to avoid the charge.  I could not believe these thieves.  I called Traverse Motors and asked them if they were aware of these weasles charging this fee.  I was told they dd not know about it.  I said, "well you do now" and "I suggest in the future you warn your customers about this rip off".  He agreed and said they would have to look into the use of Harris Bank for future financiing.  I will be going to my credit union and asking them to buy my note from Harris and I will never ever do business with these a** holes again.
