Harris Digital Publishing Group - Net Detective ripoff fraudulent sneaky uncontactable after sales. MAKE SURE you read the agreement first. The real problem is they do not give you a direct way of contacting them to stop a subscription order. Most of the help service on the net they give you just runs you around in circles and there is not phone number anywhere. AVOID these people as if they had the plague. Plus there basic service is a joke - it gives you no more than what you can find out free on the internet. AAAAAAAAA-VOID. Danger "Will Roberson" Danger.

Randy from Fayetteville, Georgia, WOW why didn't I think of that - Oh - I did. And was told that I had to wait till the card was charged, which it was and after Harris sent a 3 page standard refund form to fill out. I got my refund, but I believe it had more to do with the fax I sent them telling them of the fact of disputing the charge as soon as it showed up.

If so call the credit card company and dispute the charge. Don't pay them !
