Harry Johnson is a liar and a conartist this indeed is your house and it was nasty to put it nicely! This is one of his latest bogus companies... His email does actually work (((Redacted))) but the ISP is located in SF with a company called VerticalResponse. 74.116.90.213.ip.verticalresponse.com Does sound shady, at best.

The photos posted were of neighboring properties, not mine. The poster conveniently failed to mention this. Also, the photo of the ac equipment showing dust is the best she can do about the bad things in my house? This person is simply pissed off after Homeaway.com, not me, blocked their attempts at extorting me. I urge you instead to go read real review of my house over the past 7 years and judge for yourself. Don't take only one malicious report, instead, do the real investigation. If you notice, all of these reviews came on the same day. They are all from the same person. This person tried to extort me for money, a criminal offense. I have in writing from them asking for monies in exchange for not leaving a bad review. 

This is:

I have already contacted the State Attorney's office to file a criminial investigation into this Felony. I have also alerted Homeland Security as well.

This is a very simple case: I have in writing their threat to receive financial gain from their extortion attempts. The judge will see it as very clear cut as well.

I am sorry you had an awful experience too..he is nothing more than a slum lord. We were shocked at how awful the house was!! I wonder what else we can do..did you report him to BBB and Chamber in Miami?? i am planning on doing this...it would be great if you would too....i think he is not supposed to even do rental in that area....it is residential....he says in his contract to tell them we are his guest....he is AWFUL...i won't stop until when he is Googled all this comes up..and when you Google the house....Thank God we only payed for 3 days...and could leave after the 2nd...He is also listed on FlipKey...with is powered by Trip Advior...i left one there too....now if it see the light of day...who knows....

 Harry has the same reponse to both of us- we are trying to extort him for money. There are only positive reports on Home Again because he gets negative ones deleted. He did mine. It is his relationship with Home Again that protects him. They are the middle men.

  I am sorry, but not surprised, that it happened to someone else. Having your expensive, well-anticipated vacation fall through is heart breaking, I had guests, and was so embarassed to have the landlord and workers trooping through the house. And, the rat is a health code violation. There was evidence of rat feces on the downstairs bedroom floor. We saw his hiding space entry under the cabinets in the kitchen. The water stain in the kitchen is from the ice maker failing. It happened while we were in the house. Had to get coolers to hold our frozen items.  The fourth bedroom was the pool house. I had minor children so we could not use the house. That turned it into a 3 bedroom house for 5 people. The worst was the air conditioning out in August! The house seemed warm when we arrived. I increased the air conditioning and it got worse rather than better. I called Harry when we woke up the next morning, our first in the house. Nobody had slept well. I informed Harry, and because he did not want to pay for an A/C repair cost on a Sunday, he left us there. The AC was not restored until Monday 1p and did not cool down until Tues. I asked for a refund, and was accused of extortion.

We stayed at Harry Johnson’s property located at 4532 Sheridan Ave  June 30th 2013 for 2 night supposed to stay 3...the house is in awful shape, it smelled old, and a strong smell of bleach. Harry has you sign an agreement that even if the house is not as depicted in the picture you can't do anything about this. You sign this after you have paid. So you have no choice but to sign it. There are holes in the kitchen floor, with water damage; he has rugs over them in his pictures. the bathroom downstairs had so much mold on the shower heard we didn't dare go near it. the 4th bedroom is like a separate apartment and the neighborhood is not good.

the neighbor is a hoarder his back yard which you can see from the pool is like a junk yard. His car was parked in his yard and it appeared he lived out of it. Harry never met us, he had the hoarding neighbor give us the key. we told him we were not happy...but guess what ... he said you signed as it....nothing i can do. the furniture is nasty, didn't even want to sat on it, the lawn chairs were mildewed, never sat on them. We didn't even get in the pool, because the neighbor was always lurking around and his back yard was packed full. I have pictures of all this, but these sites will not let me post my email address. i am going to file with BBB and Miami Chamber.

If you are thinking about renting this property please do your Due diligence...i did not, and i believed his posted reviews on his Home Away site. There is one bad review and Harry said this on rebuttal on Home Away site.. "He was angry and wrote this irrational review that has absolutely no basis, simply to get back at me." Don't believe it!!!! this place is awful and it is not walking distance to anything!!!!! i felt unsafe in the part of neighborhood this house was in. I think it was a nice house once, but Harry has put no money into it in year, it appears!! I have no other recourse but to post negative reviews everywhere I can...my $2000.00 is down the drain. We stayed 2 of the 3 nights we paid for and tried to stay way from this house as much as possible. I have no motive but to warn other not to rent this property. It almost ruined out vacation!!
