I am yet another person that Harry Keane Jr. and Becky Purcell have ripped off.

I strongly suggest that you avoid these people and anyone associated with them.

Just move along, skip them, gain other allies and surround yourself with people you trust.  Skip Harry and Becky!

If you just have to meet them, consider the suggestions below. These are for anyone considering doing business with one or the other of them or anyone else who seems to be a con artist:

1 - get their business and personal information first. Be sure to get their IRS Tax ID# (employer ID #), get the name of the state they were incorporated in, check the state franchise filing site - they are free, business ID #s, driver's license #s and date of birth - if possible their social security #s and make photo copies yourself.

2 - run a due diligence check before meeting with them. Run civil and criminal background checks. Really take a good look at these reports. You may have to pay $70 or more. Isn't protecting your idea worth it. If not, then check all of these reports and internet sites that report problems if they are free.

3 - Take the information returned and evaluate it yourself. Feel free to get your business mentors, or others who have strong business skills to review the information. Also get their advise on what you could/should say and what you shouldn't say when you speak with Harry Keane Jr or Becky Purcell.

Really listen to those people who review your research. They can help you avoid headaches later. Also do what they tell you. Don't 2nd guess the advise of your friends and business mentors.

If you really feel that you still want to meet either of them to discuss your ideas/projects or other media projects, then don't tell them anything specific about your idea or sign anything of theirs. It could be a trick!

4 - Ask family, friends, business associates for an attorney they trust who can advise you. Bring your reports and "due diligence" they call it to the attorney. The attorney can quickly review and advise you as to whether he/she recommends it wise for you to engage a relationship specifically with Harry Keane Jr. and/or Becky Purcell or any of their business associates.

If the attorney advises that you meet with them, believe it or not - then have him there with you. The attorney will keep you safe. You will save a fortune later! Your attorney will not allow you to be scammed or conned. You will save much heart-ache and head-ache.

5 - Have your attorney only draft up a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Non-Compete Agreement specific to your project ready for them sign. Or look this up online and draft one for your specific needs.  Have the attorney approve it before you meet with Harry Keane Jr or Becky Purcell (or any business associate of theirs).

If Harry or Becky won't sign it then leave the meeting gracefully. Move on! There are those people on these reports that don't want your idea taken from you. Avoid being ripped-off!  Your idea or project can move forward without Harry Keane Jr and Becky Purcell.

6 - If Harry and/or Becky are willing to sign your approved Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreements, see if they are signing them as representatives of a business/company. If so, then get their business cards, get any brochures, fliers, anything in print and keep it with you when you leave the meeting. If they sign this personally, then get their date of birth and social security # and any ID you can and write this information on the back of the Agreements they sign.

Your lawyer can be a witness as well to them signing this agreement. Be sure to protect your intellectual property. Be careful what you say to them during the meeting.

I realize how much an attorney costs to protec you. When dealing with Harry Keane Jr. or Becky Purcell or any of their business associates either hire an attorney or be prepared to pay the price later.

Their track record speaks for itself. There are people who have been conned, lied to, deceived, destroyed by Harry Keane and Becky Purcell.

If you cross paths with them, and you most likely will - there will be all of Harry's threats and emotional time of yours that could be wasted.

Harry is very clever with his wording to get you to believe in him. Please let all of these reports listed here be a wise red flag warning to you.

Harry Keane Jr and Becky Purcell have hurt too many people. They have used people badly. It is my professional opinion that you avoid these people at all cost, as they are public nuisances, liars, involved or associated with theft, they break and make up their own contracts, they willingly engage or have committed fraud and have deceived many people. Those who have been through this are justly upset.

Harry Keane Jr.'s and Becky Purcell's view points are not relivant on any matter regarding any ripoff report. As I stated above, look at the wake of destruction that follows these people. This wake is clearly documented for you as a warning/alert.

I AM YET ONE MORE PERSON HARRY CONNED. Stay away from this guy no matter what you do. Harry T. Keane Jr. is the most vicious thief I have ever known. 2 years ago he stole my music and money and stole money from the investors he got involved. After he gets the money, he pays his past due bills and avoids you, making up lying excuse after lying excuse. This is Harry's M.O. and the same thing he did to the investors involved who called me. Harry Keane is bad news and this is why all this stuff is coming out on him. I for one am real glad that others will now be able to know this so they don't get hurt too. Oh and then Harry starts threatening you with legal action from lawyers he doesn't even have and from a board that doesn't exist. This guy is a bad nightmare.

The fact is Perission Entertainment Inc. Is registered on Majestic Ct in Garland to a Mr. Harry Keane.

The statement Harry has said in the original rebuttal is false.

Allegedly, Harry needed to register Perission Entertainment, Inc. because he was selling the 8 thousand boxes of "The Bible Game" he received from the "contract" and needed to pay taxes on the sales.  Can you image what $27X8Kboxes brings for a just a signature ?

If you purchased "The Bible Game" and did not pay taxes please call the tax authorities or state commerce agencies.

If did not receive Royalties, you may contact and report them as well to the state attorney and Company registration authorities.

Harry, I am very surprised of you and now realize that the things said in these websites are true.

Jim, do you really think Harry T. Keane Jr. really needs even more ideas as to how to steal from people? What you say here is well taken man, but please don't feed Keane any more ideas. This guy has so many tricks in his bag already. he's getting his hand called on the things he has done though. But he doesn't seem to be taking the warning.

Harry, if you truly didn't like that Simon (american idol) stole "your" idea, then why are you going around stealing everybody else's ideas? Harry Keane is trying to put out all the fires he has started over the years. harry keane has brought a lot of harm to many people and organizations. harry was run out of Irving for all the people he stole from. he ruined the good reputation of the opry in a town near where he lives after he committed fraud. then i hear he went to allen and did a lot of damage there and is now in richardson and recently stole some paranormal type co. from the owner. Harry also stole the rights to some type of Bible game just recently too. he has stolen numerous co's through his trick contracts and stolen money from investors. no investor has ever profited a penny on harry's deals or have they even ever seen a dime of their money back. Harry does all this by claiming he is a christian so people will think he is ok. For one, I am not a christian though i know i should be, but one this is for sure, harry keane is anything but a christian. There is no end to the people and methods harry keane has used to hurt people and take away what was there's. It's all Harry's fault and yet he's trying to blame it on all the people whom he has stolen from who are now coming out and telling the truth on him. Harry Keane has cheated so many people that he can't figure out which ones of them are now coming out and telling on him. Then he now gets on here and tries to tell people he is honest???????? !!! it's obvious that several people like myself and a friend, who Harry cheated a few yrs ago, are wanting to see him stopped so he can't do this to other people. instead of being apologetic and honest, keane is fighting back to try to cover his tracks. Harry is trying to cover up what he has been doing to people for a long time now by blaming everything on the supposed "disgrunted ex-employees" of a co. he claims perission obtained. baloney. that is just another lie. The only co's harry has obtained were by trickery, as he stole the co's from their rightful owners by getting them to sign those co's away or over to him with using misleading contracts he made up for just that purpose. Harry wines and dines people, convincing them he has their best interest in mind and then wham, he takes what is theirs like their money, their co's, their talent, their labor, etc.

I have been following your trash for several years now Mr. Keane and so I know there is no board, no attorney, no investors, no publicist or anything else, just you and your con game. You hired yourself but are trying to act like your co. is a big operation when it's not. There is no one else in the scam co. to hire you.  you don't have a warehouse as you say here. This is yet one more lie. Anyone can google your address in Richardson and see it's a little dinky office. And oh are you paying rent in richardson or scamming these people like you did the people in allen for over $10,000????  You continue to make up new co. names when the heat begins to come down on you for conning people. So you move locations and make up a new co. name, but it's all catching up to you now. You really thing people are just dumb don't you Keane? Harry you are saying here that there are 12 disgruntled ex-employees but on another site you said 7. Why? you can't remember what lie you told last can you?  you are making things up trying to get the focus off yourself where the focus needs to be. You then say here that if people have really been ripped off by nuvista or Perission for them to send YOUR supposed atty the info???? Wouldn't they be giving that info to the authorities and their own attorney? Then you say that if you get anything from anyone  you will post it here???? who are you trying to trick here man. Your bluff is being called by several people who you have ripped off over the years and you are trying to cover things up now. Man what about all the people you have hurt Keane? What about the families you have stolen from for years now? what about their pain dude? And your co. "officers" are going to be on the site? what officers Harry? This is Harry Keane, the information being listed on these sites are from dis-honest people that have nothing better to do but right false information.  The CEO address is listed and not mine.  I was hired as the President of the company to run the day to day operations of the business.  The corporate attorney is Hamilton McMenamy. The Law Offices of Hamilton McMenamy.  We have asked for all of these reports to be removed and they won't remove them.  Wheather true of false, right or wrong anyone can right anything they want and put false information about them selves so they can't be found.  During the companies investigation information has been given to us by the folks that own these sites that 9 of the names listed on these sites go to bogus email addresses.  This all started when the company took over a few companies and had to let about 12 contractors go from a show that was picked up by the company.  We have sent emails and text messages to all those that have written stuff and asked for proof and documents to the fact and none have responded and thats when the companie and it attorney found out that all these seem to becoming from the same person with bogus emails.  If you really have been ripped off, scammed by anyone at Perission Entertainment, NuVista Studios or any other company please send copies of all your proof too Corporate Attorney Hamilton McMenamy.  But as we have stated we have tried to get information to certify these complaints and nothing ever transpires.  If we get something from anyone we will post it here.  As you can see someone is even taking things which is from a guy in the UK and England and saying it is Harry Keane.  None of the statements are correct here and the company has offices, a studio and warehouse is Richardson Texas.  All questions can be sent to info@perission.com and they will be answered by the corporate attorney. Also, a site is being set up to show you the accomplishments of the company and its officers which are truly honest and truthful.  Ask questions and the answers will be sent.  The corporate attorney  along with the officers of the companies are trying to locate these folks to file federal charges against them for writing false information.  The IT department from these sites also have given us a list of IP addresses for us to compare and find what provider they are issued to and then the address to the person who wrote the information.  Eventually they will all be found and have federal charges place against them.  So please send in all your questions to info@perission.com and they will be responded by the corporate attorney or the companies publicist.  Thank you Harry Keane President of Perission Entertainment Inc., 972-664-1553, fax 972-664-1780, toll free 866-402-9804.  God Bless
