We were blatantly lied to and manipulated by this realtor. We were told that the current owners made 25,000 in upgrades to include all new hurricane windows and doors. When we stumbled across Zillow pictures from the previous seller's listing they show these were already installed prior to the sellers purchase.

We asked for receipts which were barely a fraction of the purported updating and did not include any windows, sliders etc. When I addressed this with him his answer was "anyone can tell the windows are over a year old".

If you are looking for a smooth talking realtor who has been licensed for less than a year and tries to close a sale by misrepresentation, deliberate ambiguity, exaggerating and omissions, by all means use this character.
