Be advised, Harry S Vested Jr. claims to be the CEO and owner of a "media" company containing content revolving around extreme sports. Many individuals have invested in this company and hold private stock. There have been several scams that Harry Vested has "engineered" revolving around Gravity Collections. Other reports from individuals show that Harry announces Mergers, or that the company is being acquired by another media "giant", something along those lines, and nothing ever materializes.

Two events which We were involved with, One was an opportunity to convert their stock into Comcast Stock as ther were merging wiht them. A buy up was offered to maximize return. Nothing came of that merger and no stock was converted to comcast stock. The second time was very recent of last year, November 2015 and was an outright sale of Gravity Collections to a "foreign" media company and there would be a healthy profit for shreholders.  But again, there was an offer from Harry to "buy" more shares just before the sale of Gravity Collections and rake in more of the profit. I BELIEVE that this was the reason Harry staged the sale of Gravity Collections, to lure more into buying more worthless stock. We now believe the Comcast deal years earlier had a similar buy-up option and was also amnufactured by Harry to get more money from folks.

In any case, Time went on and we got email after email from a rude Harry Vested stalling on why distribitions weren't happening and we just dont know about the heavy scrutiny from the federal government, etc. yada yada. a few weeks went by, long enough for any issues to be worked out on the promised wire distributions and checks etc. About that time we received and email from a CPA harry is in bed with about the computers at Gravity Collections getting a virus and crashing for another 48 hours of delays. This is the same CPA who pushed the original sale of the stock to us in 2008 to our family. It has been over a week now since the "computer virus" and there had been no update or status since.

I have been in IT for over 30 years and the Gravity Collections website is a front, there are no links to contact anyone at the company, The Privacy Policy page shows websites in other countries which the links go to nothing. The press releases are years old. None of the events we were ever ivolved with are listed in there. Google Harry S Vested and see the negative info out there on him and MOST CERTAINLY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
