I purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37 Convertible Anniversary Edition in Nov 2010 out of state via internet.  The sales person, Asher Levy, assured of me no accidents, dents or scratches.  When asked if the vehicle was a Certified Infiniti car he let me understand that since it was a same year vehicle it was not needed and the original factory warranty was better being 4 years all inclusive.  When I received the vehicle and took it to my local Infiniti dealer they immediately recognized the repair errors and stated it had been in an accident contrary to CARFAX vehicle history and providing me with photos.  I later found the car listed on a Auto Salvage website; under Lot 2021839543015895504.  After forwarding these to Infiniti of Harte, I no longer receive return calls from Harte Auto Group, Infiniti of Harte, Harte Infiniti or Asher Levy. .....  I tried reaching John Finelli through Infiniti Corp but only received another copy of CARFAX which gives a clean accident history and also shows the car as originating from Ontario which isn't true.  I suppose liars become proficient at it when they do it everyday for a living.

Any help appreciated!

I really believed an Infiniti dealer could be trustworthy!

I am an employee for the Harte Auto Group.  After some investigation and after speaking with CarFax, I am hopeful that we can at least help you get to the bottom of this issue.   While it is rare that CarFax would have a report with documentation missing, it does occassionally happen.  Since we have a CarFax that shows a good clean vehicle, I have been asked by them to gather some additional data. 

Please contact me as soon as you can so that I can obtain the information CarFax requires to either get some clarification about what happened here, or understand what we can do next to try and make this right.

Harte Infiniti, as a practice, runs a Vehicle History Check on all our cars and makes them readily available to any consumer.  I am sorry that our history report on your vehicle does not seem to match what information you discovered online.  I would really like the opportunity to help you.
