I had work for the Hartford for 10 years and purchased the max for LTD insurance. I had be getting LTD checks monthly and was approved threw May 21, 2014. I received a letter form Hartleave the 1st of April informing me that as of March 31,2014 they are canceling my LTD coverage. They are stating that My doctor informed them that I can work an 8 hour day. I had filled and just recently won my SSD case. The vocational expect stated that with the restrictions the doctor reported that there is no job in the US that I could do. Now Hartleave is still refusing to reinstate my LTD coverage.
