I have a legitimate disability claim for long term disability through the Hartford. I paid the highest coverage allowed through University Hospital of Cleveland ohio.  The Hartford has unlawfully denied my claim & due to their negligence and non payment.  I have lost my apartment, I have suffered & so has my child.  My health has gotten worse and more painful. I've had seizures on the Hartford phone members bc of the stress they have caused directly.

My relationships have suffered as much as my financial state. I was told by my Hartford analyst...well amanda its insurance so its expected.Its my health and well being and being ill isn't a choice nor is paying into an ins company  that causes a finacial disaster and losing a healthy enviorment of habitat is cruel. I haven't received my benefits for 2yrs. I have 80% coverage and in addition more pain and suffering physically, mental illness and emotional abuse.
