Don't ever work or have your solar installation done by hawaii wind and solar! He is a manipulative, illegal business owner that will pay you under the table for work, short you your money, belittle you.Robin Williams is a,dishonest man who works out of his home and subcontracts people to wash his hands clean of any responsibilities. He will hire anyone willing to do work with no proper training. Even expects unlicensed workers to try and do electrical work. Don't ever trust this guy.
