Hawkey Management They guaranteed me a loan for $50,000 or I get my up front fee back. Then they told me they can only get me credit cards, then they could not do that. So they over charge me for the cards, now they wont give me back my money. New Jersey New Jersey

 I have been trying to find a loan. I call this Hawkeye Management place. They told me if I payed them a small up front fee, they would guarantee me a loan with in 6 months. I waited a few weeks, did not hear back from them. I called to see what was up, a guy by the name Paul told me he could not get the loan, but he could get me $50,000 in credit cards. I told him that was not the deal.

He then went on about how he could show me how you can get cash off the credit cards. He told me he has been doing this for years. I told him credit cards dont pay bills. He was going to show me how. Pauls then wanted me to call the credit card companys and give them false info. One was about me being in the army. I told him I will not do this. I did not know if I could get in trouble for give false info to them.

3 months went by, and they said they had some credit cards for me, and they were going to charge me 12% finders fee. I said ok , well come to find out they got me two cards under the same account, and charged me for two different accounts. I did not see this until a month went by. I called the card copany to see what was up with this, and no there was one account, and two cards.

So I called Paul to let him that he over charge me. He said to send the bill to him and he would take care of it. (the bill on the card was $1200 Hawkeye took) He told me I did not send him enough info on the bills to reimburse me. So I sent him the papers from the first bill, and again he says not enough info to show that there is two cards on the account. It was right there in black and white. Then he calls me and says that he will get me another card to replace that one. So he knows he over charged me and wont give it back.

So I told him no to just send me my refund, they wont . They do not return my calls no more. I even called Pauls boss Garett Reynolds, he wont return my calls either. I have the info to show that they took my money, without looking into anything. I have the proof of the two cards on one account, and they will not listen. I gave them a month to look things over, and they never called me back.

When a company ask you to do some thing like lie to a credit card company, that made me think about how crooked some people are to make a buck for them selves. I want everybody out there to be aware of this company. They promise you world, take your money, and dont care about it.
