This company is a total scamming crew. They guarantee a service and then when they cannot deliver, they are like "Duuuuhhhh, sorry" how can you guarantee your service and not deliver and not be held accountable. They promised financing for my business and guaranteed me $50,000 in financing, when they couldn't deliver, they were all excuses. "We've never had this happen before" Yeah right! Avoid this company at all cost.

In response to "Mike's" claim of us being total scam artists and liars I think it may help you all to know the "rest of the story." We know who this client is.  Mike came to us in 2011 and was told by our first consultant that we could not help him for a variety of credit-related issues.  Apparently he either didn't have any luck getting financing elsewhere or he just wanted to ask us again because he came back to us this year...all on his own, we did not chase or solicit him.  This time around we worked through some of the credit concerns he had that would have prohibited him from getting any funding and allowed him to get into one of our programs.  Since he would not qualify for things like SBA financing, factoring, or other forms of bank or non-bank financing we put him into our credit card program.

Keep in mind a few things.  One, he had no other options which we clearly relayed to him and he must have clearly understood since he came back to us after we had just turned him down a few months previously.

Two, he attempted to get into our $50k guarantee program and attempted to pay us an on an early payment plan where he paid for some of his financing before he obtained it.  When he submitted his contract we informed him that we would not allow him to pay us on that program and that we would not accept his payment because we were not confident he could qualify for our $50k program (the one he claims he was in but we didn't allow him to pay us for - seems a bit odd already huh). 

When is the last time you tried to pay someone for their services and they told you No because they were honest and did not think you would be successful?  However, he was persistent with us and we did want to help him get some funding.  So we made him change his payment arrangement to a more popular payment option where he only pays us a fee after he's approved.  This way we could see if we could help him with virtually no risk to him and he could enter a program he wasn't fully approved for.

The third thing you should know about this credit card program is that we have about 250 small business loan brokers and consultants around the country who send us their clients for this program.  These are people who specialize in providing loans and lines of credit for small business owners across the U.S. and Canada and they selected us to work with.  They know we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, take good care of our clients, and that we are experts at what we do.  Do you think we would have over 200 small business loan experts working with us if we were what this client claims we are?  They work with us because they know we are the nation's top expert at unsecured lending solutions. 

Lastly, I want to speak to his claims of his "guarantee" of $50,000.  We do have a program where we guarantee people $50,000 in funding but ironically that guarantee is part of a 6 month contract that begins with the first application we submit.  Guess when this client's first application was submitted? It was the second week of May this year, 2012.  So since there are always two sides to every story, we did all the things we did for this client and we're not even half way through the 6 months ("if" he was given that guarantee as he claims), I'll let you decide who is sharing the accurate story.
