Hayes Staffing Scam, No Communication, Will Not Refund Money Internet

I hired Hayes Staffing on May 9th, 2012 to help rewrite my resume and assist in looking for employment.  Since originally hiring Hayes Staffing I have been given the run around as to why Shavonne Hayes has not been able to contact me ranging from her daughter's graduation to a friend's daughter being killed in Afghanistan.  While these may be sufficient excuses for some people, when you run a business, you run your business and not give your customers personal excuses as to why nothing has been doen for 2 and a half months.

I have written numerous e-mails over the past few months trying to get in touch with someone and originally they were met with excuses as to why I had not been contacted and now for the past 2 weeks they have gone unanswered altogether.  I originally just wanted an update to my account, I then wanted to see results and now I have asked for a refund due to absolutely nothing being done about my account.

I have requested a refund directly from Hayes Staffing as well as through PayPal, which is how they were originally paid and I have yet to get a response at all.  I have kept all of the coorespondence and e-mails with Hayes Staffing and it is just amazing going over them and realizing how bad it has been.
