Hayt, Hyat & Landau (Blood Suckers) Blood suckers, illegal, false claims, no returned calls Miami, Florida

Hayt, Hayt & Landau in Miami has been garnishing wages from my wife the last year - the amount due to satisfy Capital One was $1330.65 - we received the letter of satisfaction today, and amazed to find the blood sucker took $$2457.18 from my wife, making $8.30 with the local school system, teaching handicaped kids.  We over paid, it apears, $1,126.53.  I contacted the paryroll specialist at her school and as of yet, they have NOT faxed a letter in saying to STOP garnishemnts...until they do, monies keep coming out.  The person SPECIFICALLY is Leslie M. Schneider, Esq - he said weeks ago the account was paid in FULL and he said monies would be refunded back....in the amount of $200, NOT $2457.

This is a SCAM, I suggest taking your claims against you to your local county court and fight this.  Note all the internet reports of SCAM on this company - no attorneys? I wil pursue this to the fullest in court here in Tampa - these blood suckers have to stop!  Rot in hell Leslie!
