We have spent thousands of dollars with this company. We foolishly thought since we knew the owner he would be honest and competent. They installed a heater and airconditioner. We spent the whole summer trying to get the air conditioning to work
the A/C unit kept flooding the carpet. They came out 4 times to fix it. They charged us every time even though they installed the unit. Finally they said a part was put in backwards. do you think they refunded our money? No way. did they return all the service fees for their mistake?. No way
now we are doing accounting and book keeping. WE could not find all our invoices for what this company charged us. when we contacted Hayward company suddenly they had no invoices at all and said we need to give the the serial number of the "part" to track it down.
so they even did summer tune ups three years in a row. How in the world would that have a serial number? we are going to have to go to court to get the invoices i guess. [continued below]....
