i ordered after recomendation from their supplier 2 MAg Box WIFi adaptors which cost €15 each making a total of €30.
Delivery in Europe was free but on receipt of my transfer they advised that they couldn't deliver to Cyprus as it wasn't in Europe without an extra charge of a further €30.
Reluctantly I made the further payment and nothing happened so after 2 months I contacted them and they advised that they were not going to supply and would make a refund of €50 as they would deduct €11.65 for their time waste.
We never accepted this and advised them of the same, they refunded €50 but I want them to refund the balance as they never gave service in any form
