I, like another, am using this company for the purchase of my Nordic Track treadmill.  I paid my first three or so payments as planned and realized in October I wanted to pay it earlier than usual due to another bill being due so I paid it on October 1st.  Lo and behold sometime down the road I get a notice that I am late for my October payment! and was charged a $39 late fee!  I called them and said, hey, what's up?  I paid you on October 1st....get ready for this one....hold on to your hats....you know what they said?  They said, "Oh, that was in the previous billing cycle and not October's billing cycle.  Huh????

So, we went around the Mulberry bush a few times as they explained that this is a "revolving" account" which does not mean Jack "you know what" to me.  I said you need to remove that $39 late fee as I had no idea you would apply that money to a September billing cycle.  I said what should I do and when?  They said just pay as usual in November.

Sooooooo, I paid again in November (and now I am just very confused) thinking all is well...but wait....I get another letter saying I am late again for November!  I called these knuckleheads up again asking for an explanation...they told now I was no longer on the preferred interest rate program and that my payment is doubled! (my original minimum payment was only $30 but I was already paying them $60 bucks a month) and now my payment is $124 for December.  I am so confused with these fools that in early February I am going to get a pay off balance and pay these bad boys off and get them out of my life.  I don't have time to worry about "revolving" cycles and what not.

I am the anal type of person.  I want to place a due date on my online banking bill pay service that pays on the same date every time the amount I choose, but you can't do that with the knuckleheads.  I just paid a January payment of $61 on January 25 (which was due January 27).  I wonder if I was too early?   I checked out the website they received the payment but they don't have a current statement up yet so I don't know when my February bill is due.  I just cannot live like this anymore.  Don't ever use this company for credit.  They will get you coming or going.  The only nice thing I noticed about them was that I received a $20 credit for opting in for e-statements.  I noticed also in the fine print too that you have to notify them before your anniversay date if you are paying off the debt or you will be charged a $39 annual fee.  I guess they like $39 since they charge it for everything!
