Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

initial free consultation ...misinformed, did not disclose the hidden cost for life. agreement signed stated within 30 days not satisfied, would refund half money paid , which was 2900 dollars .
first visit was so excited to get hair..another employee presented me with papers..sign here...this will save you money.  it was a contract to pay 346.a month . i was told it would cost 2900 plus products, plus exclusive hair visits every 3-4 months, which was to be around 100 per visit.

first 3 weeks had 3-4 visits a week trying to get the hair right..not looking like horses hair. on third week knowing the 30 days was close and i was still disappointed i ask to remove hair and refund me any money as agreement stated. was told " we dont do that".  so i continued appointments working on hair. was given new hair and same problem.  2 weeks later 90% of the hair fell out and i had a piece of lace on top of my head that was glued then taped then glued again. [continued below]....
..... i proceeded to use their product that i was give to remove the piece. i now have permanent damage to my scalp..a big 3" bald circle where the glue was used.  extremely sensitive to touch and now wearing a wig .

please please reconsider before using this facility at any location. the product is horrible, the pain and emotional distress is not worth it.. i wish i just had my thin hair.  this was a bad nitemare.

considering an attorney .. and have doctors appointment for help .

With large companies you loose out on quality

AUTHOR: David Hansen - (USA)

Hello, my name is David Hansen and I am a hair replacement specialist from Chicago. I have been in business for over 50 years and won numerous championships and I can tell you one thing the bigger a business gets the worse the quality gets. The reason for that is that as business becomes big they also become less personal. There are not that many experts in this business. They are actually really rare. When you go to places like hair club you get people right out of beauty school taking care of your hair and believe me it takes years of practice to get good with hair replacements. I have tried every product on the market and figured out what works the best, this takes time. What you had done is bonding which I am not a believer in.Bonding is a form of semi-permanent, non-surgical attachment of the hair replacement system to your scalp using various liquid adhesives.  Once the hair replacement system is attached to your balding area it is there to stay. You do not take off your hair replacement system for the next 2 to 4 months. There is no catch with using bonding but there are several negatives to take under consideration. The glue, oil, perspiration, shampoo as well as loose skin follicles are trapped between the hair replacement system and scalp. Too put it in fewer words it is not the most sanitary way of having your hair replacement system attached. Depending on the person the hair replacement system may get an odor. If it is not maintained correctly you may also irritate the skin around your balding area, in worst case scenario open cuts in the skin may result. You should consider a lace front piece that you can take off and put on whenever you need.  With two-way adhesive tape you are able to take off your hair replacement system at the end of a long hard day and let your scalp rest. It also lets you clean your scalp and maintain your hygiene. This may seem like a lot of tape to use, but the truth is you can reuse the same tape the next day if it remains tacky. If you ave any questions regarding hair replacement I will be more than welcome to advise you. You can contact me through e mail (((ROR REDACTED))) or my website has my information and phone number (((ROR REDACTED))). Best of luck to you David Hansen
