I contracted with Raul Lopez HD Experts to install flat panel tvs and home theaters here in Illinois. He informed me that he had a contract with Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco to install their customer purchased television installations. I installed several jobs for Raul Lopez, and was paid for the month of November's jobs, but never received any payment for the jobs I installed in December. I have attempted to resolve this issue with him by phone and email, but he is now ignoring my attempts to communicate.
