HDI Co Store Buyers Edge Charged my VISA without my knowlege New Jersey

I found a $149.99  charge on my credit card statement, the purchase of which I never made. The Line item read, "HDI CO STORE BUYERS ED." I called the number on my statement and was told they didn't know if I called the company or if they called me. He said I made a purchase of a "Buyers Edge" discount program. I never make calls to telemarketers! The "customer service" rep was very vague and VERY quickly said he would credit my account in 3-5 business days. Still don't know who this came from. I will be watching my cc statement closely for the refund.
