 Initially, I was advised that I would receive the projector in five days, a month and a half later I received the projector. I was told multiple times that the package had been shipped and then UPS would confirm that it had not.  Once received, it was missing the carrying case but I wasn't planning to move the projector so I didn't really care. 

The projector functioned normally for two weeks and then a large black whole appeared in the middle of the screen.  I contacted HDprojectorworld and they advised that I would need replace the bulb.  I advised that it was a brand new projector, and then they told me to ship the projector back to them.  They advised that I would receive a box with packing materials and instructions within one week.  Two weeks later I called and I was advised that they would email me packaging instructions.  One week later I had still not received any mailing instructions via emai.  I had received an email telling me to replace the bulb.  I called this morning and was advised, once again, that I would receive instructions via email.  We'll see what happens. 

All in all, I could have spent a few hundred more dollars three months ago and had a projector that actually worked.  I believe this place to be a scam.  If they are not a scam then they are at least a terrible company to have to deal with.  I'm going to mail the projector back to them but my hopes for ever getting my projector to work or my money back seems pretty low.  Another review I read concerning a similar problem advised that it took six months to get a fixed projector.  For all those reading, save your money and your time and shop with some other company.  HDprojectorworld.com is a terrible company to do business with.
