He block Emerald credit card Hr block took my return, and they can't show proof as to why.. Nationwide

Hr block ripped me off for 2500$ on this yrs tax refund 1/27/16.. 

I was told I owed for a debt that I had withhr block for an emerald advance, I told everyone that would listen I've never taken one out .. I opened a case with hr block only for it to be closed 2 times with the same results, you owed from 2013.. and it was hr block credit card.

I have repeatedly ask for a receipt for the money they took, only to be told they couldn't show me one...

Now I'm am shortening this story, since I've had to deal with everyone for 2 months now.. I was told hr block can collect debt for what you owe, they took all my state and most of my federal.  And I've been given the run around on this debt.. I've told them repeatedly that this was not my debt and I think it's fraud... no one cares .. I then asked for paper work, so next yr this wouldn't happen again.. if I was stupid enough to file with them again.. they said no we can't guarantee this won't happen again..
