I placed my order on !0/29/2007 at 21:51:49 edt, I selected and paid extra for three day UPS shipping. My order should have been shipped the next day for me to receive order in three days. Company waited two days before shipping. Basically I paid extra for normal shipping. Company will not refund shipping costs. Company will not return my phone calls after leaving several voicemail messages. Package arrived on 11/05/2007 at 1:40 PM and I refused the package as I will not pay extra for three day shipping and my package delivered regular shipping. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and notified my bank to contest the charge for my entire order.

We received many harrassing messages from Michael including the screaming of extreme language and threats. He typically would call after hours and go and on with many four letter words I would be embarassed to repeat.

We issued him a complete refund on November 5th, the day which his package delivered.

After this issue was discussed with the BBB they agreed that he was completely unreasonable and his complaint was removed from record.

There was no further action taken by his bank as the money had already been returned to his account by HeadBlade.
