On April 23 I ordered some headlights for my wife from American headlights which is really headlights depot which is really pdi auto parts which is really parts depot they have so many names its unbelievable. Anyway on On 4/30/10 UPS dropped the headlights off on my porch and my wife brought them in. On 5/2/10 I got home late from a business trip and opened the boxes to find out they shipped the wrong one's. I got up early (6 A.M.) my time to contact them on 5/3/10...I spoke to a man named Robert who investigated this and found out they HAD THE WRONG PART NUMBER ON there SITE! I had to do fill out an RMA and wait until it got approved then I would receive instructions on how to print out the shipping label and then I would have to drop it off for shipment. Robert told me at that time of drop off I was to call him and he would get my other package out and on its way. I had to go into work before the RMA was approved and the shipping label was emailed to me. I instructed Robert I would take the package the following morning 5/4/10 and drop it off so I could get this handled. I awoke again at 6 A.M. Got everything together and dropped off the package right as they opened 8 A.M. my time and then called Robert, he told me my stuff would be going out that day and even promised me they ship at the latest tomorrow and I would receive an email with the tracking number within 24 hours. A few day's and no email so I called there office and asked for Robert the lady asked what this was about I told her and she said "hold on" she then came back with a tracking number of: 1ZR027W80395471350.
Later that night I went online to UPS and entered the number it said"
"Billing information has been sent to UPS. Check site later for updated shipment status or contact shipper for more details.
I then called UPS and they said as soon as they have the package they would update there system. It is now the 11th of May and the UPS site still says the same thing. I called UPS and they said when they pick up the package they will input it into the computer... I SAID PICK UP THE PACKAGE???!!! I then went to there website American headlights logged in and brought up my account it said " I was customer number 47, there was no current payment method, 0 store credit and was a customer since 2010.... THAT"S IT!!!! no order no nothing..I then went to Headlightdepot and brought up my order and it only had the original one...that's it. So I clicked on check RMA it said my RMA# 4366 was approved that you shipped the wrong order, where it says date submitted you have 00/00/0000 etc..etc... So now I start look around online and JESUS is there alot of complaints about you not shipping customers parts, not giving refunds...SO THIS IS WHERE WE ARE TODAY..25 DAYS AGO they TOOK MY MONEY..SENT ME WRONG PARTS..TOOK THEM BACK AND STILL HAVE NOT SENT MY PARTS..so I got robert to call me back he said there on backorder and no one called me. he said he'd refund my c/c. Days go buy and nothing..then he sends me an email they sent me a check out for the shipping. SHIPPING>>what about purchase price insurance/....these people have no intention of refunding my money. I have saved emails and taken screen shots of my invoices along with phone records as proof. Today is 5/23 its been a month AND NOTHING!!!!!!!! Do not ever buy anything from them!!!!!!!!!!!CHEATERS, THIEFS, RIPOFFS... Robert I told you "try and screw me"
