Very poor quality. I bought a set of headlights, installed them, and after they worked ok for a week, I threw out my old units which had faded.
First hour it rained, BOTH units filled with water. Contacted the company, they wanted pics. Sent next day, didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, then called back. They put me to another slacker..Robert, who said to send more pics of backsides of units with barcodes, then he would issue a full refund. I did that the very next day...and to THIS day, 2 months later,...I am still getting runarounds. Didn't get pics...you didn't send units back, etc.....when their e mail stated a full refund would be issued after they got the pics. Still pending. I notified American Express, now you can be notified. I figure the units cost them maybe $20 tops, why expose themselves to bad press for that amount. They still continue to not comply with their offer, so be wary of these guys. Now Alex, the second slacker, says he may isue a partial refund...then said he said that to see if I was paying attention!!  Obviously I was.  These idiots are very difficult to deal with and very aggravating. I don' operate that way, and if you don't either, conduct your business somewhere else. What goes around, finally will come around. What do you think it will be......anyone....alex...robert???
