After installing a cop pulled me over for no tail lights.  Come to find out, I had a blown fuse due to a new defective bulb socket on the passenger side parking light of the new housings.  I replaced it with one of the sockets I saved from my original housings.  After that, I noticed the passenger housing constantly having moisture on the inside of the lens.  The drivers side to this day NEVER has moisture in it.  Even the original ones never had moisture in them.  They were just 2 or 3 weeks out of warranty yet Headlights Depot refused to help me.  Never do business with this company.  I never will again. I have seen other negative reviews about this company on other web sites as well.  Unfortuneatly, I didn't see them before making the purchase.

You wrote, “I replaced it with one of the sockets I saved from my original housings.” That statement implied the socket was part of the housing assembly. Maybe this is your first English rodeo.

Like I said, you don't know what you are talking about

The socked is part of the housing.  Just not a permanent part.  How would expect to replace a burned out bulb if the bulb socket wasn't removeable?  Your confusion has nothing to do with my English skills but has everything to do with your lack of knowledge of headlight housings.  Just admit you were wrong and quit trying make excuses for your ingnorance.

You don't know what you are talking about in rebuttal to my complaint.

The headlight housings come as one complete piece so there are no gaskets to install nor is there any sealing required.

After plugging the wires in to the sockets that come with each new housing, you put them in to place, install the fasteners that hold them in place and you are done.

This is not my first rodeo working on cars.

The way I see it...

The moisture is on the inside of the lens because you failed to replace, clean or properly reinstall the gasket on the housing.

The new socket is out of warranty so their refusal to accept the return is not a valid complaint.
