Heald college of Fresno fraud lieing and missinging and teacher try to fell student because they dont like the student Internet

I when to heald in 2001 and win i signed up i was told it was hand on training no regular ed (english, math, stuff like that). So i signed up and I told them i had a learn disability and that  why i am looking for most hands on training they tomd that what heald was. You go in a class and we teacher you how to be a business admin. there is a hardly in book work. They told me i had to take a placement tesst and that everyone pass so dont wore. I go upstairs to take the test and the rep that signe me was filping throw the test books telling me she is looking for that booklet with the most answers in it. She give me that one and I go in a room by myself and another office person was watch over the test by giving me a as he sit he a office on the side of the office i was in. They gave me caluclor , paper and more time to take the test plus that answers in the booklet. So i got like 30 more mins because they forgot to set the timer. All with is against the law. So then go see the finical and i was told that there was no interst on my loan tell i finish heald with was a lie. I was as told they had 100% rate of student finish and getting jobs. Which was another lie.

 So i start attending class and I had a lot of regulor ed class and some class that wore not even need so class how to study. I when to the heald office and told them this isnt what i signed up for. I was told that if i deop out i would have to pay the full amount of college for just attend  oneday they said that 21,000 dallor. I was told these alot going to heald they almost kick me out because my grade point average was to low and the made that same statement and it scared me they told me it was do right away and i was unemployed most of the time. So i felled or barely past most of my classes. I had a teacher ms. V they called her.She was teaching computer classes word and typing. Well i cut my hand open and i could do all the work in the word class and asked for more time she wouldnt give it to me and i could do the work one handed. I showed the the doctor note it didnt matter. I passed all the test but failed the class room work because i could finish is all.  So i had her class again and she would give me a f on everything i turned in. sent me to the office for stuff i didnt do. So i tried talking with the school they would do a thing so i found the fax number for the prisedent of heald and faxed the for 3 months and findly they talked to the teacher but i steel got in trouble because the treacher didnt like me. She asked each studnet to right what they learn form here teacher when i took her class the first time. I told he no a thing your hear to teach no play loud must and going the back of the class and talk with your girl friend in class. There wore alot of student who need help and she would just go and talk and blast her music half the time.  She didnt like that and was trying to fell me because i told the truth. I am paying for a education no a party. So after that hell was done . I was told i sti;; need to work harder well i was stress out over mr v class. An I even drop out of english because i and a f in  and i wasnt grive the grade up. So i took account class and the teacher was never there was out or in the bathroom. I dont know if he had a teaching lience or not he just said he was working as account and he got a better offer from heald. Well most of the class when do and complained and not a thing was done. So i leaf head i was stressed and didnt need this. So i called heald up and they told me to wait before droping out and i said no i want out. well after i drpp out i find out my bill was around 8,000 dollar.

So after talking with people i was told heald broke the law because they gave me that ansmwer to the test and more time and that they new with my learn disability that i could find the college. So i contact edfund and they told me that heald did break the law and to not pay the loans and once the loans get to are offices we will right them off. I tried delling with heald but they would never return my class or letter. An they wont mess with me in person. They just told lie after lie and scared me tell. I had it. If i new it was like a regular college I woud of when to fresno city becasue head is not a college you want to goto to get a job i run into people and they said they could find a job from heald  and half my class mates left heald before finishing like i did so they dont have anything close to a 100% rating of people finishing its alot  lower then that. I have school record that i sent to heald showing i had learing problems they did care . it all about the might dollar with them
