Ordered three live Turmeric plants Febuarry 12, 2016 for shipment April 1st, 2016. At  cost of 15$ per plants and $15.95 shipping. Total $60.95

April 1st comes and no shipping confirmation. I checked the website which had an updated shipping time of May 1st. When May 1st comes and I received no shipping confirmation, I checked their website and again an updated shipping time of May/June

June 22, 2016 comes and still nothing so I emailed saying I still hadnt recieved any plants. No response from Healing Moringa tree

July 3rd, 2016 10:33 am still no plants, shipping confirmation or response email. I emailed again with the subject Rippoff Report saying I wanted a refund because at that point, my grow season would have been half over and the plants would not propperly develop in time.

Healing Morings tree responded July 3rd, 2016 10:48 am saying it wasnt a ripoff and that I could always get a refund. That the plants not growing was out of their control which is ridiculous seeing that their business is growing plants.

July 5, 2016 6:03 pm emailed back saying I've been trying to get a refund but no one would answer my emails. No response from Healing moringa tree

July 7 2016  4:35 pm I emailed them again with the original order confirmation number they issued me in Febuary, saying again I wanted a refund in check, money order, Paypal credit or to my new bank account  because the bank account I used to pay for the products was no longer open.

July 7, 2016 4:47 pm Healing Moringa tree emailed back saying a refund would be issued shortly

July 28, 2016 6:55 pm still no plants or refund. I emailed them again saying how unprofessional they were and if they didnt issue a refund that I would report them to every ripoff report and scam alert I could find as well as leave bad reviews on their website until they honored their refund.

August 19, 2016 4:21 pm package sent from Apple Valley CA

August 19, 2016 4:42 pm  Healing moringa tree emails shipping confirmation

August 21, 2016 9:55 am I emailed back saying I had no use for the plants as we already discussed my grow season is practically over by this point and they could have their plants back and that I just wanted the refund that we had discused almost 2 months prior. No response from Healing Moringa tree

August 22.2015 4:57 pm package arrives with 2 substandard plants and one completely broken plant.

August 26, 2016 1:03 pm I emailed again saying I wanted a refund and that I would continue to report them until they refunded me.
