Health Care Services Group Rabbit chasing dangling carrot, but never allowed to catch it Bensalem Pennsylvania

In December 2013 I was on my last month of emergency unemployment when I received a phone call from HCSG for an interview. The interview went great and I thought 2014 was going to start off with a bang.

I got called for a 2nd interview and was told while I was there a meeting with the administrator would be scheduled and everything was going well. Upon arriving I started having uneasy feelings. I never met the administrator and ws informed by the DM/RM that I was no longer being considered for this particular building, but I would be re-locating to Indiana and someone would contact me within the next 2 days.

Two days passed and I never heard from anyone with HCSG. So I called, emailed and texted. None of my attempts to make contact were answered. So I forged on looking for employment elsewhere.

Months went by, March to be exact when my phone rang and HCSG number popped up on my screen. I answered to be greeted by a cheery HCSG representative that wanted to know if I was still interested in a position. I was wary, but heck 3 months has passed and I needed a job or I was going to lose my home and be living on the street. Once again I met with the account manager, the administrator this time, the staff and signed my contract.

I was told 2 weeks for the background check and I would be starting. Three weeks passed before I heard from them. Only to be informed that I was no longer being considered for this building, but another in the same state, but 3 hours away which would require relocation. I did not have the money to make the trip. I was told they would reimburse me. So I made the trip and met with the administrator only to find out no one from HCSG was in the building on that day.

So I called and no one would answer any attempts of contact that I made. I have never heard from them since. It is liked they dropped off the face of the earth! So here I bragged about this postion that I had and the money I would be making and even got my land lord to let me stay long as I paid her extra every month to pay off the month I missed. Then I had to hang my head in shameful embarassment and inform everyone I was duped and my land lord kicked me out.

I am really irritated that this company was allowed to play chess with my live and nothing I could do about it.

I did over hear a conversation between the district manager and other employees. I have never heard someone call thier employees stupid dumbassses that never should have been hired and if they had a choice they would take a noose along on thier next visit and would gladly be the one to kick the bucket out from underneath that employee. It made me wonder how badly I would have been talked about if I were to work for HCSG.

What this company does to people is wrong and I feel compensation should be paid out. I signed a contract with a start date of 3-27-2014 and never recieved a notice of termination.

Do not recommend anyone giving this company consideration as a potential employer.
