Health Connexxtions hcexpos Event Marketing Company with no EVENTS!!! This company are CON ARTISTs! Mark Ellis is the worst offender and does not deliver! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Irvine, California

This business is a complete rip off.   We paid in advance $3500 over a year ago for Marketing Services for inclusion in Health and Wellness Expos which were supposed to be at large local companies with high end employees.   We were also told that we would be included in gift bags and a postcard was being generated which have never seen.   We basically go not response from them for months. Corporate phone number went directly to an answering machine with no directory.  Tried calling and got voicemails with no response.  Emails were responded to by way of late night texts at 11 at night. 

We attempted to cancel our contract 3 months in and were told they had a year to respond and that it was too bad! basically.  There office was a virtual office with no actual people Mark Ellis who owns the company was extremely rude and non responsive.  The only other person I spoke to was his wife in regards to postcards that were never produced.  

When we signed up for Health Connexxtions it was with the understanding that we would work with Mark  directly to decide our target list of companies that we want invites from as we have only 12 opportunities.  Of which we were interested in working with local Studio's, Large Corporations with Executive Level and Female employees and that you would meet with us and discuss our priorities and preferences. 

We received about 5 offers for events in the space of the year all of which were Low End Companies with less than 200 employees. One which we attempted to be a part of and were instantly told that it was to late and the event was closed and one which out of desperation we wanted to do to try and gain something back from our investment, but was at such a low end company of employees made up of factory workers that it was not worth our time to attend.  

Mark Ellis refused to refund our money on multiple occasions and we are seeking small claims for a full refund.   Do not purchase this package from Health Connexxtions / HCXPOS and check other review sites for similar complaints.    If you are considering them ask for contacts at companies they have worked with and get reviews from them directly.     Mark Ellis is extremely is a liar and very rude individual do not be fooled by his Sales Pitch.    This company is a Con buyer beware!   Do not waste your money!
