Health Innovations, Travelers Innovations ripoff dishonest marketing ploy lying to consumers Phoenix Arizona

On 12/8/04 I signed up for a free 30 day trial with both Health Innovations and Travelers Innovations after ordering a different product from another company. For just giving these companies a try, they promised a free CD player and a free plane ticket whether I kept their services or not. I cancelled on 12/30/05 and verified with the customer service agent that the CD player and plane ticket were still coming. She said that yes I would receive the items in 4-6 weeks.

On 3/4/05 I called again and their representative said the items were processed on 2/15/05 and were coming. I verified my address again and it was correct.

Nothing by 3/24/05, so I called again and their Rep said that I didn't keep the membership so I wasn't entitled to the items. After I told her what the agreement was and what her fellow Reps told me before, she checked with her supervisor and then told me that she was wrong and that I would receive the items in two weeks.

It's now 5/26/05 and guess what? What a bunch of lying sacks. I've dealt with other "bad" companies like this and they figured I'd just go away. I'm not going away! I can't stand lying bastards and I will make sure that other people know about Health Innovations and Traveler Innovations. I can't wait to hear their excuses. I doubt they will even reply!
