Today I received an email from Health Products Institute re: Dual-Action Cleanse indicating that they had sent me a second shipment of a product I had tried out.  I did not like the product, as it caused me to throw up, but because I was too busy and did not return it.  I am working internationally, and did not actually receive the packing information. The email did not permit a reply. I went to the web page to find out how to cancel these autoshipments I had no idea I had signed up for.  I sent an email and it came back to me as nonfunctioning. I had to call them internationally, which is expensive, to cancel. I told them I had no idea I had been signed up for autoshipment.  The customer service person was very rude, and told me in an aggressive voice that a piece of paper that came with the shipment informed me of the terms and conditions.  She explained there is only a ten day window in which to return the Dual-Action Cleanse shipments.  She claimed that simply because I had ordered the product over the internet, I had signed up for auto shipments.  I will not be able to return this second shipment as I will not be back home for another few months. I explained that I would be making a complaint about Health Products Institute and she became more rude. Please avoid DUAL-ACTION CLEANSE, as this company deceptively signs you up for autoshipments and then makes it very difficult to cancel them.  Moreover, at least in my case, the remedy did not do what it offered to do.
