Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors... ventures inc debited $49.94 from my account on an order should have been only $3.87.  i called to get a refund and the rep told me i could not speak to a supervisor or manager and he had to end the call and hung up.  i called back 4 more times and the same rep hung up on me again!! and again!! and again!!  i cant even get through to cancel my order so i wont be charged again. Can someone help?  i dont know what to do.

Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.

According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days.

If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges.

Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent!


Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get.

And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state.

Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth.

If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form.


If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

GSCM Ventures, Inc ( and 17-22 AKA's

My response to unauthorized credit card charges under company names such as  Boom, Health & Beauty,, Pacific Naturals Company, aka Market Health, Inc k 18458 Santar Street, LLC aka 2040 North Lincoln, LLC aka Dailyinfosolutions aka 17153 Devonshire Street, LLC aka aka and up to 17-22  other numerous aka's operated under the mother corporation:  GSMC, Inc.  Which is located at 2049 N. Lincoln St., Burbank, Ca 91504-3334.   They offered FREE trial products on the internet but in order to get the products, a person have to give the company their credit card number.

They either get their
FREE product in the mail or not, but once their credit number is given over, massive monthly charges shows up on the statements. When the phone number is listed on the credit card statement is called, there is usually a VERY RUDE person on the other end.  His name is CHRISTIAN and he usually HANGS up after about 30 seconds of conversation. When calling back, Christian is usually the SAME person who answers the phone and he usually just keeps hanging up meanwhile another charge will show up on the person's credit card the following month again.

His supervisor is BARBARA and  she will suggest to call HER manager Yvette.  You only can leave phone messages with Yvette but there is never a response back from her.    This company operated under the name of Pacific Naturals Company and their products are sold thru websites such as aka aka and their other 17 22  different aka websites.   All these akas are under their corporate company, GSMC, Inc. located at
2040 North Lincoln St, Burbank, California 91504.   

GSMC, Inc. declared itself to be under numerous company profiles different business type professions  from offering services such as "restaurant consultants", "Real Estate loan broker and lender",  Computer and Computer Software stores in 
Burbank, California, to selling "health, herb and beauty products" via internet.  Under these 17-22 different aka companies,corporations" and several "LLC's",    GSMC, Inc. is listed as a Corporation with the State of California as a Statement & Designation by foreign corporation on 9/20/04 and is  in "active" standing  and  all run by 2 persons at the top:    Gary McNelley, President and David Rivero (no title listed)) with  Robert Freedman is the registered agent for service and listed that they have about 10 employees.

GSMC, Inc. originally operated out of Carson City, Nevada and was a mail order and website company: , a company that sells herbs, health & beauty aids with advertisements of "snake oil miracle claims" that their products can cure anything  until the Department of Health and Human Services (FDA)  sent them a warning letter on 12/12/06 to tell them to ceased immediately such "snake oil" claims.  GSMC, Inc ( and it's affiliated AKA's)  currently have a "F" rating with the Better Bureau and had issued a consumer warning alert.  They are also under investigation with State of California Dept. of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's office.  


The only remedy to get the charges off the credit card is to notify the credit card company of all these unwanted and unauthorized charges.  They will reversed the charges and do an investigation on the named company that is listed on the statement  that had charged against the credit card.  However, once that company is notified and is aware that the charges are blocked or reversed, MORE new charges are tacked against the credit card under another one of their 17 22 different AKA company name(s). 

So, therefore,  a
NEW company name(s) will show up on the credit card statement on the following month statement with NEW charges tacked on against the credit card.  The credit card holder will have to call up that NEW company (such as or  and you would get CHRISTIAN again (who will hang up on you) and the whole process starts all over again.   At the end, the ONLY TRUE remedy is that the Credit card company will discontinued and retired that credit card number and issue a new credit card with a new credit card number.

Got my Refund!

So i submitted a Fraud claim and explained that the charge was unauthorized and that i would be looking into it and finding a way to resolve it (legally) and that i expected a full refund.  I received a response immediately.  and i received a full refund.
