 The information you have stated in your response is an outrageous lie.  What you have committed is fraud.  Blanchford and Loeb explained to me that your telemarketing company did not have permission to resell this service for Blanchford and Loeb nor did your telemarketing company have the capability of performing the professed service.  The company Kelghe D'Cruz work's for is a telemarketing company that sells products and another compay actually ships the product.  Kelghe D'Cruz --YOU are a telemarketer and are not the president of any such company. 

I apologize for the late response to this issue as it has only recently come to my attention.

The Above statement is correct. At the time of the sale, HealthPortal had a verbal agreement with the Owner of Blanchard and Loeb with regards to selling all of their products. Blanchard and Loeb’s contact number is directed to a distribution company and the staff were unaware of the agreement. We did not make any excuses but rather asked for time from South Dakota to provide them with a written statement from Blanchard and Loeb stating that we are authorized to distribute all their products and services. We were unsuccessful in getting in touch with the owner within a reasonable time and suggested that we offer the university a refund while the issue was sorted out. The refund was offered, issued and processed the same day the issue arose.

We now have all written agreements in place with the producers of the content that we offer streaming for and gladly provide you with a copy upon request.
