Healthy Back Institute and Lose The Back Pain Unauthorized charges to my credit card for product I did not order Austin TX Internet

This company uses an email list to send out solicitations forn Trial subscriptions to its current users and then sets up additional accounts.  Customers end up with multiple accounts, unwanted product and unauthorized charges on their credit cards. All attempts to get them to remove the charges, reverse the charges, stop the shipments, clean up their database, are ignored and met with more double-talk and excuses.  This is not a credible company.  They are simply preying on people looking for real solutions to minor ailments.  They are taking advantage of the public and they need to be investigated and shut down.
