Healthy Online Services Colon Cleanse Fraud Scottsdale, Arizona

I received a notice of non-payment for a product called Colon Cleanse. This report indicated that the amount past due was $133.95. The notice also indicated that the credit card used had been rejected back in August so immediate payment was demamded.

I called this service and attempted to get more information as I had no knowledge of this order, nor did I receive the product. They would not tell me the name of the company that was demanding payment, nor which credit card company refused payment, and threatened to turn the unpaid account over to collection,which would harm my credit rating. It was suggested that they would waive the $50.00 collection fee, if I paid the remaining $83.95. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told he/she did not wish to speak with me.

I don't know what recourse I have, but I refuse to pay for a product I did not order and did not receive. I will continue to look for a solution!!
