I ordered a sample of the diet pill am/pm diet. After two weeks I received a notice from my bank that my account was negative and I was charged overdraft fees. I inquired about the reason behind the overdraft and found that this company had charged me $85 for a full sized supply of the diet pills. Outraged, I sent them back as soon as possible because I had a family emergency that needed my attention and I didn't know how long I would be away. Therefore I didn't want to delay the return of this product.

Later, I contacted the customer service to find out about my returned product and was told that I didn't follow procedure in obtaining some code required to process a refund. I explained that I had a family situation and was trying to just quickly take care of this. Also, no return procedure was sent with the package. Then via e-mail I was informed that by speaking to a supervisor they may make an exception and I may be eligible for a refund. I called and the representative I spoke to told me they would make the exception and send me a refund within 10 business days.

After 10 days I called back because I hadn't received my refund. They said that no one had indicated in my file that they would issue a refund and that I should go through the process again. I tried again to contact the supervisors, etc and now they went back on their word and said that they have no record of my phone calls or potential refund and therefore would not be reimbursing me. I'm so angry. They have this strange web of a return procedure to trap innocent consumers. This company is dishonest and out to steal people's money.

Regarding: Health 101 / AM PM Diet Pills

I was also a victim of this diet pill SCAM. I have requested them cancel my "Free Trial Order" numerous times, been given confirmation numbers, then as usual, they charge my card again the next month. I did however decide that I was not going to continue pay for something I had already cancelled. I am packaging the pills back up and returning them to the address they were mailed from by certified mail. In addition to this I have filed a dispute form at my bank to have the charges refunded to my credit card.

This company didnt even give me the correct phone number to contact their customer service. I called many different numbers only to be disconnected or reach a number that was no longer in service until it hit me. What about looking up the address. So that's exactly what I did an I was finally able to get thru to customer support. Unfortunately, that didnt help much, I have been told 3 different times that my card would not be charged again, and guess what... it was... but when you call back mysteriously they have no record of your previous calls. This is definately a SCAM... Please please use the number and contact information I am putting on here to call and cancel.

Keep a record of the date, time, name of the representative you talked to, and the confirmation number you are given. Then call your bank and follow the procedure to dispute any charges to your account. What is really weird to me is that each time they hit my card for $84.90, it has a different company name listed. One time it was just Weightloss, the next it was Nutrition Pro, the next it was GTPN. If this company doesn't intend on ripping people off why do they use different company names each time they charge your card. HUMMMMM I wonder.

Anyway, I hope this helps anyone else who has been a victim to this "Free Trial Offer".
