The same exact thing happened to me that happened to Pat in Burleson, Texas.
Placed an order, It never arrived, they charged my credit card then sent e-mail saying it was back ordered .
I called this company before I placed my order and I was told it was in stock!

I called and cancelled my order, The oriental(her accent)sounding woman told me it would be 24 hours and it would be completed.
That was on May-12-2003 it is now May-20th and still no refund!

I have been calling the past 3 days and the phone numbers listed are constantly busy.

I called the operator, she tested the phone numbers and told me the phones appear to be "off the hook, no conversation on the line" Same with fax line.
I called my credit card company and they still have not gotten the reversal of charges from them.
This company is listed on YAHOO!Shopping.
Complained to Yahoo about this and Yahoo shopping team is just as bad as this company!

After calling and cancelling my order by phone(after calling day after day I FINALLY get through) 2 days later they send an e-mail stating "The order is back ordered,Will be there in a week" (Duh!I just cancelled the order over the phone)

So I send an e-mail to sales dept. AND customer service stating that the order IS CANCELLED,It was cancelled over the phone,I DID NOT WANT IT.(Since I can't get them on the phone again, all lines are busy All Day Long!Again!)

What do they do? They still go ahead and send the order.
"Nice case of Consumer Entrapment" force an order after it had been cancelled.

I Have forwarded all of the above to the BBB to add to the already opened case on this company.

Say what you like about the BBB, they have settled many cases for me.Satifactory results for both me and the other party involved.If it is going to save someone from being Ripped Off, then it is worth it.

As for trying to return "the cancelled order" Not going to bother,If they can't deliver a product as promised let alone an already cancelled order...How the hell can they process a REFUND?

Buyers beware, the time and aggravation with this company is not worth it!
