I and my wife signed up for annual scan10 yrs contract with Heart Check Washington DC for the amount of 3,995.00 make payment through Chase Health Advance since July 12, 2012 till April 1, 2012 with the monthly payment of 134.40 to find out that they has been closed. I would like to join the class action if there is one.
