HEART OF THE VALLEY KING SIZE SHEPHERDS Diana Hartvig what she thought she was getting was a puppy NOT abusive emails and scammed!! Oroville Washington

Hello, I am writing this to warn everyone about a horrible experience I had with a breeder in Washington state!! I thought I was getting a puppy from a woman named Diana Hartvig of Oroville, WA. But instead I got abusive emails and completely ripped off!

Upon first contacting Mrs. Hartvig I was told that I would be putting a deposit down in the amount of $400.00 for the purchase of a female pick from her dog that was set to have puppies in 6-8 months. After several attempts to contact her and 9 months later I emailed her asking for my deposit back. I felt as though I had given her suficient amount of time to produce a puppy to which she could not perform.

I was told that I will not receive my $400.00 back either. No explanation of why I wasn't able to receive my money back, simply she wanted to "see what I could do" and informed me that, "I would love to see what legal acts you can demand LOL". Plain and simple, I just wanted my deposit back because I did not receive a puppy! I thought that was pretty simple, however in this case I was sadly mistaken.

I want to warn everyone out there about this scam artist and fraud! She will take your deposit and produce no puppy. Here i sit, 9 months later, with no refund, no puppy and apparently have been black listed throughout the king shepherd breeders list. I can't believe someone could take money in such a happy time in someone else's life. She plays on peoples emotions and takes their money in the middle of the night like a theif! She should not be allowed to do business in Washington state and continue to scam anyone else out there!
