Hearthstone Assisted Living is a "Total Rip-Off". Unfortunately, they hired a woman, Cindy Poetske, last year that has completely made the lives of not only the staff, but the residents that remain there a living H?LL. She is a conning, hateful, manipulative, predjudice woman. The facility is currently in MORE TROUBLE now that she "taken over" as General Manager.
She underminded all of the "dedicated" employees that had been there for several years; terminated them and replaced them with several people that have criminal backgrounds that DO NOT ALLOW them to #1 work with DRUGS!! Her Resident Care Director, Tracy, wears an ankle monitor for heavens sake. Something needs to be done!!! This one is not capable of running a facility. She is a Marketing Rep by trade.

You are correct Miss Treated. She and her assistant Debbie Hardin were prejudice women. Good thing is that they both and the criminal employees you claim she hired are all gone! They all now work for Winters Park!! Good thing it is their problem now.
Some employess that were there before Cindy are still there and those are very dedicated to their work and withstand the test of time. I have been in out out for years visiting patients and things are much better now.
